Please ship by UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery, and be sure to include either the original invoice or a copy so that we know how to credit your account. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, department stores that carry any of our Placentique products are unable to accept Website returns. Likewise, Dermatique.com cannot accept returns of products purchased at stores. Returns must be addressed at the place of purchase.

After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us with your tracking information after your order has been shipped. Orders between $101-$155 = $14.99

Orders of $156 and over = $17.99
