Dermatique is a, therapeutic skin cream designed to restore and re-hydrate chronically dry or damaged skin. Dermatique replenishes and strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier to impede water loss and preserve maximum hydration. Instructions: Use Dermatique twice daily, morning and bedtime.

Cleanse your face thoroughly with warm water. This will open the pores for maximum absorption of Dermatique. Pat dry, but do not dry skin completely.

Apply a thin coating to the face, with special emphasis on the eye and throat areas, where the skin is inclined towards dryness and wrinkling. Allow 3-5 minutes for maximum absorption before applying any make-up.

Items ordered and paid for are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We ship “Priority Mail” via the US Post Office (USPS). After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us with your tracking information after your order has been shipped. Items ordered and paid for are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We ship “Priority Mail International” via the US Post Office (USPS). You will receive an email notification from us with your tracking information after your order has been shipped. There is no guarantee time in transit nor is there tracking once order arrives in destination country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of buyer. Please note, we will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages. Shipping cost is:

Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and are the responsibility of buyer, and are not included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the online retailer.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from Dermatique.com, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a complete and courteous refund. Please ship by UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery, and be sure to include either the original invoice or a copy so that we know how to credit your account. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, department stores that carry any of our Placentique products are unable to accept Website returns. Likewise, Dermatique.com cannot accept returns of products purchased at stores. Returns must be addressed at the place of purchase.
